Beach Yoga and Meditation pop up event with Lowri & Yasmin
Join Yasmin and Lowri for a special Yoga and Meditation Pop-Up event next month. Set against Swansea Bay, the morning is designed to help you fill up your cup, connect with like-minded individuals, and immerse yourselves in a morning of summer self care. The event will include a themed yoga practice, meditation and reflective journaling, finished with homemade banana bread and an optional sea dip! Whether you're a seasoned yogi or beginner, We welcome all abilities for this one off special event.
Bring along a yoga mat, water bottle, comfortable clothing, and a towel if you plan to join the sea dip. We look forward to seeing you on the mat! 💫

Spring Cleanse: Meditation and Self-Care Mini Retreat
To start the 2023 spring season take a Sunday morning for yourself to fully immerse yourself in mindfulness meditation practice, in a beautiful nature setting.
The morning will include a self-care workshop, journalling and lots of guided meditation which will push you to deepen your experience beyond what is possible with usual at-home practices or short classes.
The retreat will take place at Down to Earth - a cosy round house in the beautiful Gower. The perfect place to leave worries at the door and commit to your wellbeing.
The morning will include homemade cakes, some snacks and tea and coffee. Spaces are limited.
I will be heading for a sea dip at Oxwich beach (15 minute drive away) after the retreat which everyone is welcome to join for (weather dependant). This is optional and transport and parking are not included to join the dip - this will be your own responsibility and risk.

Each month we will be joined by a creative to learn a new activity and also practice some mindfulness! All profits made will be donated to a new charity every month. The workshop on September 18th will be on Mindfulness and creative writing. Everyone is welcome including absolute beginners! All profits raised will be donated to ‘Brace’ the dementia charity who are dedicated to beating dementia through research.

Oxwich, Gower Guided Hike, Meditation & Dip
Do you like exploring, adventures and wellbeing? Looking to meet likeminded people? Join me for a guided mindful walk at Oxwich point. The walk will take approximately two hours and we will also stop around half way for a mindfulness meditation amongst nature. Then we will head back to Oxwich beach for a sea dip before heading home! A fruit smoothie and homemade flapjack are included to fuel your activities!
£25 a ticket (If the weather requires me to re-schedule, you will be entitled to a refund)
Meet at Oxwich car park by the Beach House Restaurant SA3 1LS (parking costs a fee). Please note that participation is at your own risk, there will not be trained first aid or specialist support available. Please ensure you are fit and healthy enough to take park.

Mindful Moments 'Mini' Retreat: Meditation & Yoga (Swansea)
This is a half day retreat, centred around the theme of ‘Presence’; the day will be split in to three parts: presence to the mind, presence to the body and presence to nature. We will spend the day in a beautiful barn in Murton, tucked up with a beautiful fire and surrounded by nature, just a short walk from Caswell Beach. The retreat will include; a guided meditation and mindfulness workshop with Lowri, a vinyasa yoga class by Yasmin, a light buffet lunch, hot drinks and will end with a beach cliff walk & optional ocean dip!
Tickets are £50, limited spaces available.
