This is a workshop for anyone who is either new to meditation, or has dipped their toe in previously and is ready to start a consistent practice. I will cover all of the basic types of mindfulness meditation, how and when you might use them and tips on how to build a self-care routine! This will support you to deepen your experience during meditation.
