This November take a Sunday morning for yourself to fully immerse yourself in mindfulness meditation practice, in a beautiful nature setting.
The morning will include a mindfulness workshop, some gentle stretching, journalling and lots of guided meditation which will push you to deepen your experience beyond what is possible with usual at-home practices or short classes.
The retreat will take place at Down to Earth Murton - a cosy barn with a warming log fire tucked away amongst Bishops Woods nature reserve. The perfect place to leave worries at the door and commit to your meditation practice.
The morning will include homemade cakes, some snacks and tea and coffee.
