This January take a Sunday morning for yourself to fully immerse yourself in mindfulness meditation practice, in a beautiful nature setting. Create space to set new intentions for the year ahead.
The morning will include a self-care workshop, journalling and lots of guided meditation which will push you to deepen your experience beyond what is possible with usual at-home practices or short classes.
The retreat will take place at Down to Earth - a cosy round house in the beautiful Gower. The perfect place to leave worries at the door and commit to your wellbeing.
The morning will include homemade cakes, some snacks and tea and coffee.
*Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, notebook and pen.
