    We will cover an overview of what factors contribute to good health and wellbeing. Learn practical, evidence based tools and techniques whilst understanding the science behind how they work. Participants reflect on their own wellbeing, identify areas which need attention and set tangible goals to practice at home.

    All training can be booked online or in-person (depending on dates) in the UK. Additional travel expenses may apply for in-person workshops.

  • Guided Meditation Class

    A one hour experiential guided meditation and relaxation session. Lowri’s classes combine guided mindfulness meditation, breath-work and reflective journalling to leave participants feeling calm, balanced, focused and inspired. Book a private class for your organisation.
